Bills drop to No. 18 in Power Rankings

Is the hype around the Buffalo Bills' this offseason real?

Our ESPN power panel of over 80 writers, editors and TV personalities doesn't think so ... yet. The panel voted earlier this week on our first ESPN NFL power rankings of the offseason, and the Bills did not fare well.

The Bills dropped from their No. 17 spot to No. 18, a surprising twist given that the Bills have made some high-profile additions (LeSean McCoy, Percy Harvin and Charles Clay) since last season ended.

What might sting the most to Bills fans is being leapfrogged by the Miami Dolphins since the last voting in December. Miami finished the regular season ranked No. 19, behind the Bills, but are now ahead of the Bills at No. 15.

The Dolphins' four-spot rise since December was matched only by the Baltimore Ravens in our latest voting.
