Reports have the deal with a total value of $16 million, with $8.5 million in guarantees. There is a $6.5 million signing bonus.

Agent Richard Kopelman of KLASS Sports wouldn't confirm those details, but said: "From Day 1, Kyle made it clear that he hoped to remain a Patriot. We’re very excited we were able to make that a reality. They too wanted to keep him and we appreciate the hard work they put in. We’re thrilled Kyle is going to be a Patriot for the next four years."
