It may come as little surprise, but Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and offensive lineman Logan Mankins were both listed on Forbes' list of the
top-100 highest-paid athletes in 2011, released this week by the business magazine.
Mankins checks in at No. 51 on the list, tied with former Patriots and current Raiders defensive lineman Richard Seymour. Mankins' total earnings in 2011, according to the publication, were $21.9 million, including $100,000 in unspecified endorsements. He received a $20 million signing bonus as part of a contract extension signed last August.
Earning a reported $27.1 million last year, Brady was listed at No. 28 on the list.
