Braintree High incoming senior forward/center Molly Reagan verbally committed to Liberty University today, the Wamps announced on their Twitter page.
So excited that our fellow Wamp, Molly Reagan, has committed to Liberty University! Great player and even better kid. #pleasedontleave:)

The 6-foot-2 Reagan was a dangerous inside-out threat for the Wamps, manning the post while also demonstrating quality shooting from the wings. She was one of four Wamps named to ESPN Boston's All-State Team after averaging 10.8 points, eight rebounds and two blocks for the Wamps. She had a scattering of local and Ivy League interest before deciding on Liberty, including Boston College, UMass and Holy Cross.
"All of us who are a part of Braintree basketball are very happy for Molly. Liberty is a great fit for her," Braintree head coach Kristen McDonnell said. "It has an outstanding academic reputation and the basketball program is a staple at the top of its conference. Molly is the total package as a player and person; I know she's going to make a very positive impact there. She is a hard worker, an incredible teammate, and an absolute pleasure to coach. This is a well-deserved accomplishment."
Reagan is the second Braintree girls basketball player to make a commitment this week. On Sunday, point guard Ashley Russell, ESPN Boston's Miss Basketball for 2013-14, committed to Penn. Two other Braintree players, sisters Bridget and Brianna Herlihy, also hold multiple Division 1 offers.
