Michigan players reenact 'The Lion King'

Michigan probably leads the free world in offseason viral videos. And here's one that doesn't include Jim Harbaugh!

A group of Wolverines players reenacted the most famous scene from Disney's "The Lion King" in the team's training room. Check it out:

That's quarterback John O'Korn on the far left. Offensive lineman Kyle Kalis plays Rafiki, and he lifts student athletic trainer Adam Olszewski, who should be up for some acting prizes for his portrayal of Simba. Watching in rapt attention on the floor are offensive linemen Mason Cole, Nolan Ulizio and Jon Runyan Jr.

Is this a sign that the offseason is too long? Maybe. Or that players get weird when their coaches are gone at endless satellite camps? Perhaps.

But remember Harbaugh is apparently a fan of "The Lion King," given that he quoted Rafiki in a news conference last year. Maybe this is a way to get in his good graces -- especially for O'Korn, who is locked in a competition with Wilton Speight for the starting quarterback job.

Regardless, it's a pretty amusing moment in the lull of summer.
