Power rankings: Ravens in middle of pack

The first ESPN.com Power Rankings are out for the 2014 season, and the Baltimore Ravens are not surprisingly in the middle of the pack.

The Ravens are ranked at No. 12, which is four spots higher than where they finished the 2013 season. In terms of the AFC, there are only five teams ahead of the Ravens: Denver Broncos (No. 2), New England Patriots (No. 3), Indianapolis Colts (No. 8), Cincinnati Bengals (No. 9) and San Diego Chargers (No. 11).

I can't argue about the Ravens' rankings because I put the Ravens at No. 12. The Ravens can move up the rankings if they beat the Cincinnati Bengals, who are No. 9. The Pittsburgh Steelers are No. 13, and the Cleveland Browns come in at No. 30.
