Highest-, lowest-graded Ravens by PFF

Here are the highest- and lowest-graded Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 from our friends at Pro Football Focus:

HIGHEST-GRADED RAVENS

Eugene Monroe (3.2): This was the biggest turnaround on the Ravens. Monroe had the team's second-worst grade Sunday and received the top grade Thursday night. The starting left tackle allowed only one quarterback hurry to post the best pass protection rating.

Marshal Yanda (2.9): The three-time Pro Bowl guard was the top-rated run blocker on the team.

Brandon Williams (2.1): The starting nose tackle was only on the field for nine snaps (because the Pittsburgh Steelers used three wide receivers most of the game) but he finished with the highest grade of any defensive player. He recorded two tackles and a quarterback hurry.

Steve Smith (2.0): After two drops in the opener, Smith was a much more sure-handed receiver. He led the Ravens with six catches for 71 yards.

Terrell Suggs (1.7): Didn't expect to see Suggs graded this highly. The outside linebacker was out of position and didn't set the edge on a couple of the end-arounds. Suggs made three tackles and had a quarterback hit.

LOWEST-GRADED RAVENS

Kyle Juszczyk (-2.0): He had the worst run-blocking grade on the team. Juszczyk's playing time has been limited. The fullback was on the field for one-third of the Ravens' snaps.

Asa Jackson (-1.5): From my perspective, Jackson didn't struggle as much as this grade would indicate. Both passes thrown at him were completed, and the nickelback missed a tackle. He left the game with a concussion and didn't return.

Chykie Brown (-1.2): Brown was only on the field because Jackson was hurt. It's the second straight week in which he was the third-worst graded player on the Ravens. He allowed one catch for 14 yards and had a missed tackle.

C.J. Mosley (-0.9): The rookie inside linebacker forced a fumble but missed a couple of tackles and had a couple of breakdowns in coverage. This is his second week with negative grade.

Bernard Pierce (-0.9): Somewhat surprising to see Pierce on the lowest-graded Ravens after gaining 96 rushing yards. But PFF gave much of the credit to the offensive line for the successful ground game.
