Florida State's 31-27 win over Notre Dame last season is the No. 5 college football game of 2014, according to fan voting. ESPNU, which is counting down the top 25 games of 2014, will air a replay of the contest at 10 p.m. ET Friday.

Few could forget the back-and-forth battle Oct. 18 in Tallahassee, with Jameis Winston and the Noles outlasting Everett Golson and the Irish by the slimmest or margins, after a potential game-winning, fourth-down touchdown catch by Corey Robinson in the final seconds was brought back because of an offensive pass interference penalty.

Nine months later, of course, and Golson is wearing the garnet and gold, hoping to lift FSU to a fourth straight ACC title. The Irish, meanwhile, have their sights set on a College Football Playoff berth behind Malik Zaire.
