Everybody is prepping for the college football season now that it is less than 100 days away, and that includes the oddsmakers. On Tuesday, 5Dimes, an offshore sportsbook, released its regular-season win totals for a large number of FBS teams. The group bestowed win totals upon all 14 ACC teams. Below are the 5Dimes numbers with a short take on each school’s win total, and following is a quick over/under prediction. It’s worth noting 5Dimes’ win totals and money lines are designed to induce bets for both the over and under.  Boston College: 5.5 (over -135, under -105)
What coach Steve Addazio has done in two seasons at BC is impressive, but this looks to be the year the rebuilding catches up to Addazio. It would be another stellar performance from Addazio to get the Eagles to six wins.
Shanker: Under
 Clemson: 8.5 (over -170, under +130)
The defense is being reshaped, star quarterback Deshaun Watson's has an injury history and the nonconference schedule includes Notre Dame and rival South Carolina, which when combined casts doubt as to how strong the Tigers’ record will be.
Shanker: Over
 Duke: 7 (over -150, under +110)
The Blue Devils have reached unprecedented heights under David Cutcliffe, but Duke is grooming a new quarterback. Seven wins is a good number.
Shanker: Push
 Florida State: 9.5 (over +100, under -140)
How many wins is new quarterback Everett Golson worth? The Seminoles have questions at more than just quarterback, but the schedule sets up well for them. The question is whether Florida State can clear 10 wins yet again.
Shanker: Over
 Georgia Tech: 7.5 (over -160, under +120)
The total is low for the reigning Orange Bowl champions, but the Yellow Jackets have a daunting schedule and there are a lot of potential losses mixed in. The good news is the Jackets return star quarterback Justin Thomas, and the hope is the defense will be improved.
Shanker: Over
 Louisville: 7.5 (over +105, under -145)
The quarterback job is Reggie Bonnafon's to lose, but the Cardinals are reeling from the loss of 10 players to the NFL draft. Bobby Petrino will need his offense to step up. Louisville might take a step back in 2015, but its long-term outlook is healthy.
Shanker: Over
 Miami: 5.5 (over -160, under +120)
Could the Hurricanes really miss out on a bowl game? The coaching staff feels it relieved itself from the malcontents, but the schedule offers no breaks. They play Clemson and Florida State from the opposite division and Cincinnati and Nebraska in the nonconference.
Shanker: Under
 NC State: 7.5 (over -105, under -135)
This comes down to whether NC State can finish the season without a losing record in the ACC. The nonconference schedule has gift wrapped four wins for the Wolfpack, so they need to go 4-4 in the ACC to surpass the 7.5 wins. The Wolfpack play Clemson and Louisville at home and travel to Florida State after the Seminoles come off a tough stretch that ends with a game at Clemson.
Shanker: Over
 North Carolina: 8 (over -115, under -125)
The offense should be among the best in the ACC, but the defense could once again be among the worst in the country. The schedule is favorable, however, and Marquise Williams is an ACC offensive player of the year candidate.
Shanker: Push
 Pittsburgh: 6 (over -120, under -120)
Can the Panthers finally get past the six-win plateau? They have a new coach in Pat Narduzzi, which should pay immediate dividends on defense. The offense is poised to have a big season with playmakers Tyler Boyd and James Conner.
Shanker: Push
 Syracuse: 4.5 (over -125, under -115)
Last season was a forgettable one for the Orange, but they do return quarterback Terrel Hunt. They should go 3-1 in the nonconference, but can they clear two ACC wins?
Shanker: Over
 Virginia: 4.5 (over -115, under -125)
The Cavaliers have enough talent to make it to a bowl game, but they continue to schedule outside of their caliber. The nonconference schedule includes UCLA, Notre Dame and Boise State. This probably comes down to the finale against Virginia Tech.
Shanker: Under
 Virginia Tech: 8 (over +105, under -145)
The Hokies will have one of the country’s best defenses, but will the offense be the team's own worst enemy? Michael Brewer needs to cut down on the turnovers, but based on his first season in Blacksburg, nothing suggests he will.
Shanker: Push
 Wake Forest: 3.5 (over -125, under -115)
Dave Clawson has the Demon Deacons on the right path, but this is a long rebuilding process. The Deacs will put a scare in a few teams, though.
