The Nets started off the season with a new home, new uniforms and a new winning attitude, and everything seemed to be going well. Brooklyn was 11-4 at the end of November, but as temperatures cooled in December, so did the team. The Nets have fallen back to .500, and on Thursday, they fired Avery Johnson. But was it in time to turn their season around? And was Johnson the real problem in Brooklyn? Cast your votes.


Brooklyn blame game

Point guard Deron Williams has struggled to live up to his max contract and recently questioned Avery Johnson's offensive system.


Playoff bound?

After a hot start to the season, the Nets have fallen all the way to eighth in the East and have won just three times in December.
