Thanksgiving traditions: Turkey, pumpkin pie and Ndamukong Suh's foot! A year after stomping on the arm of a Packers offensive lineman and earning a two-game suspension, Suh once again has league officials and fans watching him kick another player in slow motion. Whether he intentionally struck Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in the groin area Thursday will be reviewed by the NFL, but has SportsNation already reached a verdict?
- Ron Gitaitis: "Watched it in TiVo in slow motion etc several times. No doubt in my mind it was intentional. Aim could be argued but very incriminating is at the end he pushes his foot into the groin to make the impact stronger. You can see his thigh muscle contract and the foot push into Shaub. No question about it, what a dirty move. Consider the track record and IMO he is toast."
- Mousebagg1: "The kick was without a doubt intentional. His leg was going one way and he re routed it the other way to kick Schaub ... Get this guy out of the league before he kills or paralyzes someone. The whole Detroit Lions team is dirty. They take shots every chance they get after the play I'm getting sick of seeing it."
- crbjr22: "I have changed my mind on this. Just watched it 5 times and concluded ... Suh did in fact kick him purposely ... tired of this guy ... send him packin'. "
- LittleAl3723: "Just watch the video. If he was falling, why did he kick his leg back? It looked like he was trying to "kick tackle" Schaub. He's a dirty player and needs to be far away from the NFL."
- ufcman34: "It looked intentional but not enough evidence to suspend or fine."
- sdd250@gmail.com: "I don't think he knew he was trying for the groin, but he knew where Schaub was and clearly intentionally tried to kick him at him without making it look too obvious. It was just chance that he happened to get him in the groin."
- MMatthews10: "Do some people really think Suh can deliberately kick someone in the groin on purpose when hes being flung to the ground? No way he could have done that on purpose."
- AnthGab: "He was trying to use his legs to get to the QB any way he could. You're nuts to think a 300lb man getting blocked by a 300lb man can spin and fly through the air and land a precisely placed kick. "
- tincuprob: "The kick was intentional, but the location was not. Problem with Suh is he picks the wrong game (Nationally televised) to commit stupid acts.
- dtsuther5: "The media has turned this into something way bigger than it should have been. How anyone could say that was intentional blows my mind. Suh is a monster and every single team would love to have him. The media is absolutely pathetic. Guy is nowhere near the dirtiest player in the league.
