Loyal 1990s cartoon fans rejoice, the "Rugrats" are back!
Well, not to the airwaves, but to the ballpark.
Baltimore Orioles Class A Advanced affiliate, the Frederick Keys, will host a '90s-themed Nickelodeon Night on July 31, switching up their regular threads for these:
The Keys are onto something with this.
How cool would it be to see Adam Jones making a diving stab while dressed as Chuckie Finster, complete with the blue/purple square-rim frames?
Or Bryce Harper crushing a fastball while donning Tommy's trademark diaper and blue shirt ensemble. And what about the Upton brothers, Melvin and Justin, trading in their Padres gear for matching Phil and Lil unis?
But alas, it's not to be. All we cartoon fans can do is dream.
Man, Minor League teams have all the fun.
