Billy Hamilton is ridiculously fast

Billy Hamilton has been clocked going from home plate to first base at 3.3 seconds, which (if our math is correct) means that he's about as fast as an F-22 fighter jet. Math was never our strong suit. He might be even faster going from third to home -- he scored a run in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Cardinals that only he could score. There are questions surrounding whether Hamilton can hit enough to stay in the major leagues, but if he keeps making plays like this, he just might earn a permanent spot on the Reds' roster fairly soon.
