Breaking News: American Lochte sets new Olympic Record; Solo settles on Silver (SATIRE) With the conclusion of the 30th Olympiad, Ryan Lochte of the United States reigned elite at the London 2012 games. The world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, had to settle for bronze after losing what had been an early lead. When asked about his thoughts on the competition, Bolt shrugged his shoulders and said that despite the success of his viral video marketing campaign, he was "only built for the short sprint". Aging American superstar Kobe Bryant had a disappointing run at the 2012 games after being spotted with a woman at a night club in the early goings. There is no word yet if Bryant, who had reigned as world champion since the 2004 Athens games, would return to try to reclaim a spot on the podium for the 2016 games in Rio de Janeiro, where he would be 37.
