This dude SUCKS! I would be "incredibly thankful" too, if my career was over on the main stage. Brett Rogers is now a circus clown fighting on smaller markets! Well at least he has a TKO over his wife. BUM!!!!

Hey, somebody with a recognizable(ish) name they can hopefully feed to Cole Konrad while they try to pretend his fat $@% is a legit Top 10 guy who wouldn't get demolished in the UFC?

This is a good move for Bellator, especially after signing King Mo. Nobodys calling either HW or LHW "the best in the world" but the fact that these guys have names in the sport will entice more eyes, whether to see them win or lose. If Rogers can't look great in his first tourney, doors might be closed for good as far as a UFC contract goes. With that said, I'd like to see Lashley and even Arlovski on Bellator. One is fighting cans while the other has great striking but no chin. Either way, both will bring in viewers, might even help a no name catapult to at least big league talks. If Kharitonov isn't being brought into the UFC, then his management team should get him in there. Kharitonov would hold that belt like a Klitschko until UFC offered him a contract.

No its anything but a good move by Bellator. How many times does it have to be proven over and over and over again with org's going under that the model of Signing X-UFC/Zuffa wash outs and controversial fighters does not work nor will it ever work. If anything this just shows me that Bellator is totaly desperate for any kind of news and eyes they can get !

He must have gave Bjorn a coupon for free tire rotation for a spot in bellator.

Is he taking a break from wife-beating and being knocked unconscious?

I'd watch Brett Rogers vs Tim Sylvia, I'm sick like that. They are mirror images of each other as far as MMA fighting ability goes.

I thought the article was going to say Rogers got his job back at Costco (or was it BJs?). That I would have been excited for.

Zuffa drops 'em, and leaves 'em, and Bellator pulls up quick to retrieve 'em.

This makes me just sick - Come on Bjorn Rebney I guess the police and witness statements about how bad he beat the ever living hell out of his wife did not matter at all in the end ! All domestic violence is a horrible vial thing but this was just the next level of a beating. This like most think was not Rogers just slapping or even punching his wife. Oh no go read the police reports and witness statements from his own next door neighbors. Rogers knocked his wife down with punches then after he was standing over his wife why she lay on the ground out cold and beat her until the side of her face caved in and broke, Her face after the attack looked like a broken egg. I know most in life deserve a 2nd and sometimes even a 3rd or 4th chance. But after a beating like this I don't think the MMA org that is the 2nd biggest organization in the sport of MMA and wants to be taken serious by MMA fan should be signing or have any thing to do at all with somone like Brett Rogers.

Bellator hasn't been a very friendly place for fighters on the downside of their careers. I don't expect Rogers to break from the mold.
